卑诗省过去一年的经济情势良好，因此大温及周边地区新开的餐厅数量略有增长，为迎合有机饮食和健康概念，业界纷纷采用本地新鲜食材烹调，并掀起一波新鲜蔬食潮流。
这项具权威参考价值的2015年《温哥华杂志》年度餐厅排行榜，分有49个项目，其中「最佳高档餐厅」有两间餐馆票数相当，最后双双获奖，这两家知名餐厅分别是Tojo’s和Zest。
「最佳中式点心」（dim sum）项目由位于列治文的颐东大酒楼获奖；「最佳新餐厅」由Ask for Luigi获得。今年排行榜上的异国餐厅项目，「最佳法式餐厅」Le Crocodile，「最佳美式餐厅」Tacofino，「最佳日式餐厅」Kingyo，「最佳韩式餐厅」Hanwoori，「最佳越式餐厅」 Phnom Penh，「最佳泰式餐厅」Maenam，「最佳印式餐厅」是Vij’s。
方便上班族及悠闲人士的街头餐车愈来愈流行，今年荣获「最佳餐车」的是Tacofino；简单易食的「最佳披萨店」由Nicli Antic获奖；「最佳海鲜餐厅」是Blue Water Cafe +Raw Bar。另有「最佳平价餐厅」、「最佳服务」、「最佳度假村餐厅」、「最佳维多利亚市餐厅」等项目，以顾及更广的消费群及其更广的活动范围。获得「个人终身成就奖」殊荣的是David Aisenstat。
