温哥华杂志(Vancouver Magazine)的第九届年度葡萄酒大奖得奖名单已经发布。专业评选们通过3天时间，从650个参赛葡萄酒中选出了106个最佳葡萄酒。得奖奖项分为8个类别，其中包括全场最佳葡萄酒(Best of Show)，最佳气泡酒(Sparkling Wines)，最佳白葡萄酒(White Wines)，最佳桃红葡萄酒(Rosé Wines)，最佳红酒(Red Wines)，最佳加强葡萄酒(Fortified Wines)，最佳甜品酒(Dessert Wines)和最佳廉价葡萄酒(Best Bargain Wines)。

最佳气泡酒
大家比较熟悉的气泡酒是香槟，除了可以用于庆祝活动外，气泡酒中的气泡也很适合食物搭配。独特的干爽清新口感，非常适合搭配火腿蛋松饼（eggs Benedict），手撕猪肉包（pulled pork buns）, 或者是虾肉和香肠串烧（shrimp and chorizo skewers）。主页獭个人认为，气泡酒很适合鱼虾蟹蔬菜等味道不会很强烈的食物。
